Functions & Features
- The table of waterjet cutting machine provides more stability while cutting the materials. The gantry attached to the table moves the head on its x-y axes provides accuracy and reduces maintenance.
- A wide dimension of working table allows us to cut easily small and large pieces of materials and high-pressure water from the jet helps to reduce the noise.
- The high-pressure head achieves a greater quality of material cutting. Inside the nozzle of the cutting head, the pressurized water passes and forms a consistent jet of water. The water and abrasive mixture pass through the mixing tube to make a slurry that comes out at a very high speed to begin the process.
- By creating continuous abrasive flow reduces the downtime, maximum uptime which effectively saves operational cost and increases the power.
- CAD/CAM software is used to monitor the components, manage the entire machine by the simple interface, can design complex parts efficiently and improved the quality of cutting.

High Pressure Pump - BFT (Austria)
In the waterjet cutting machine, high-pressure streamline pump produces a force that capable of reliably delivering ultra-high-pressure water for cutting. It uses the high-pressure intensifier principle to create steady water pressure which improves conformity as well reduces the delamination for composite material and maximizes the quality of the waterjet cutting process.
3 Axis ECS Controller
It regulates the devices, the process is controlled & regulates the machine systems, process monitoring, reduces error, and helps to bring the desired output or response.
Servo Drives and Motors
The control system sends a command signal to the servo drive, amplifies the signal, transfers the electric current to a servo motor to rotate the machine parts with precision, and produces desired torque.
Gantry
A gantry is a bridge-like portion that helps to ride on the parallel rails of the machine table and makes the router float on the cutting surface for the materials to be cut or engraved.
Machine Frame
The open frame structure with electric gantry and linear guide constituted of a cast steel frame by annealing treatment and releasing internal stress ensures no distortion.
