CNC Plasma Cutting Machine F-Series designed with a heavy, robust and rigid structure for processing the large size of metal sheets in a wide range of thicknesses. It signifies the process of cut utilizing an accelerated jet of hot plasma with a plasma torch on the material such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The machine involves maximum efficiency in various cutting operations such as movement in X – Y-Axis on a table, bevel and robotic cut that combines with high speeds, fast process switching and high-quality end-product of materials.

Functions & Features
- The heavy-duty working table is capable of Cutting a maximum of 35mm plate. High-quality gantry is fabricated & treated by a stress relief process supported by reliable linear slides and carriages that protect the components & workpiece from damage.
- The plasma cutting machine is compatible with nesting and cut optimization software greatly reducing the chance of operational error. The PA software with a 15-inch touch screen LCD panel is used to monitor the processes and live cutting of drawings with the estimated remaining time in all aspects of producing a quality plasma process.
- The accurate servo motor allows driving the anti-backlash gearboxes that are connected to a rack and pinion drives for extremely smooth operation at heavy speeds.
- The plasma cutting machine is designed to withstand heat resistance, high impact on the rigid material, more reliable torch (anti-collision protection system), ensures low maintenance and energy consumption with maximum uptime.

The Powermax85® has more power about 85 amps for an output current, designed for maximum uptime and productivity. The machine offers the latest smart sense technology is used to adjust the gas pressure automatically and ensures that pressure always sets correctly.
