Our CNC hydraulic shearing machine operates with rotary disks and blades used to cut the materials such as aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel by multi-edge blades. This machine works by applying high pressure on the material to get the desired end product smoothly by removing it. It uses the force applied on the upper blade that makes the lower blade cut the material precisely by applying the shear force and reasonable blade clearance and separating the product according to the required size. It guarantees high productivity, utmost efficiency, safety, great stability, ensures durable service life, cut line accuracy, and minimum maintenance needed by operators.

Functions & Features
- The upper blade connected with the tool and the lower blade fixed on the work table. The worktable has equipped with a supporting ball that protects the sheet materials from scratch when sliding on it.
- The hydro cylinder drives the hydraulic system can tightly press the metal plate, move the blades up and down movement, and prevents the sheet from moving during shearing.
- The back gauge mechanism is fixed on the blade holder to achieve fast movement, accurate positioning of the shear plate size, and maximum precision.
- The CNC hydraulic shearing machine has a high degree of reliability, reduces sheet distortion, has good stability, blades provide quality cutting edges for long service life, minimizes the distortion and conveniently can adjust the blade gap. It can accurately control the orientation, speed and strength of the machine

Hydro-Cylinder
Hydraulic cylinder gets their power from a hydraulic fluid used to drive on the motion, helps to press the materials forcedly and lessens in producing vibration to the machine.
Estun E200-s Controller
This controller has a simple and intuitive interface that adjusts the gap between the blades, exact cutting length, automatic adjustment of cutting angle, reduces processing time and costs.
Back Gauge Adjustment
The back gauge is a solid structure that is fixed directly on the side frame of the machine that provides high precision in axis positioning of the workpiece without vibration or distortion and prevents damage.

Main Motor
