Our CNC plasma cutting machine GSII-L series has specifically designed to work along with a plasma torch that accelerated the flow of superheated hot plasma by air pressure via nozzle for cutting the metal for a wide range of purposes. The CNC plasma torch also makes an excellent gouging operation, removing defective welds, removes excess parts in the final product. It offers better performance when processing stacked metals, cuts quickly with minimum slag, smoother operation and no need to preheat the metal before cutting. Also, it provides precise output on shaped metals like angles, channels or tubes with more cutting capacity and efficiency.

Functions & Features
- The wide area of a heavy-duty cutting table can tackle large-scale cutting of curves, odd shapes, and multiple intersecting sections almost thin to thick metals sheets along a multi-axis grid improves production speeds and reduce costs. It can cut diverse shapes on-demand and no preheating or cooling of metal needed before processing with plasma.
- The rigid CNC plasma machine structure is fully annealed to bear the loads perfectly and cuts thick metal sheets smoothly, consistent edge quality, precise part dimensions without any deformation and clean break in a piece of workable metal.
- In CNC plasma cutting machine, the gantry is essentially floating over the processing surface, servo motor drives & the Guide rail is connected to a helical rack & pinions that makes it run smoothly with high precision even at heavy speed. Its guiding system helps to maintain accuracy over long periods of use which effectively reduces the overall cost
- The CAD/CAM nesting software program is used to communicate with the machine & tools, automatic programming & material system, once the cut is programmed, the torch moves to cut parts accurately that path set by the computer and to control the motion of the torch by an interface panel is reliable & consistent every time. This software helps the user to complete the various complex parts of drawing effectively, improves the material utilization and reduces labor rates.
