Our high-speed CNC hydraulic press brake is used to bending the sheet & plate material by clamping the workpiece between a matching punch and die and bend into a variety of shapes, angles & forms. It enables the operator to arrange the sequence of bends in the same material easily at a time and create a specific degree of bond quickly. A smooth power ram helps to protect the material from slipping and accurate positioning which reduces scratching of parts.

Functions & Features
- The latest high-frequency hydraulic control system has high efficiency, high-quality production process, faster speed and bending of various materials in complex shapes can be realized. It makes sure bending depth with more stable precision and protects from deformation of a material.
- The annealing treatment by tempering process to eliminate the internal stress strengthens the frame and rigidity of the whole machine and the hydraulic structure is designed to ensure a precision bending process.
- The ram link with the system keeps the ram parallel during the bending process, reduces material scratching and delivering ram repeatability and parallelism.
- In CNC hydraulic press brake, back gauge is the solid structure that helps to fix the exact axis positioning of material, faster bending, anti-deflection and vibration-free.
- The parallel side frames guarantee the back gauge move faster, minimizes vibration and stress so maintaining the accuracy of position is convenient.

Double Guided Ram
It ensures the perpendicular ram working table to high bending precision during the whole bending process even with the different types of complex tools.
Crowning Device
The worktable crowning device of CNC hydraulic press brake manages in correcting the bending angle with a ruler, improves the quality, anti-deflection ensures great results, comprehensive bending program, eliminating rework, linear accuracy of bend workpiece are improved and assures perfect bend.
Main Motor
