Our CNC router is a computer-controlled cutting machine that is used to guide drill-bits to route the tool paths for the cutting, shaping, sculpting and carving of materials such as acrylic, plastic, MDF, aluminum, wood, brass and copper. It reduces material waste, increases productivity and produces various required parts within a much shorter amount of time. The 10 HP HSD spindle ER 32 series makes to rotates on the axis and it receives input from the CNC controller which helps for the quick release of high constant power, high speed, cutting force and ensures the end products are as precise as possible.

- The heavy-duty steel base and gantry reduces the vibration from tools & parts, make an impact on the quality of the cut, protects and optimizing the process for even the toughest materials.
- The helical rack and pinion drive systems allow high dimensional accuracy, smooth operation with a high-quality cut finish, quiet running, high acceleration and operate without deformation or shaking.
- Hybrid servo motor and drive allows reliable high-speed performance, produces big torque, precision and provides real-time high-speed machining.
- With EZLetter remote controller, can greatly perform stable operation, flexible to use, setting and control the position parking of the required material. If the machine fails, the controller helps to stop automatically and reports the failure details.
- The CNC router is fully NC code compatible so, it works well with ArtCAM, EnRoute, Type 3 and other CAD & CAM software.

It is the devised of a motor, can use in heavy-duty tasks, powerful motor runs the device at various speeds, rotates at a specific frequency, minimizing the noise during operation, assures excellent efficiency and longevity. In the CNC router, spindle power output has a rate of 18000 – 24000 RPM.
